Services and MinistriesSt. Timothy's offers public worship on most days of the week. On Sundays we have two services: our main weekly Communion Service, and Night Prayer. From Tuesdays to Thursdays morning prayer is said. Full details are given below. Details of special services at Christian festivals also appear below when appropriate. |

Holy Communion and Young People's Programs The service is a mix of hymns, prayer, Bible Readings, teaching and worship, and follows a well-tried pattern which has its roots in the worship of the earliest Christians. We begin with an opening hymn, followed by a greeting and a children's talk, after which the younger members go off to their own activities. The adults then listen to Bible readings and a sermon, after which we greet each other and wish each other peace. The younger members then rejoin us for the Communion, during which we eat bread and drink wine at our Lord's table. |

Night Prayer This is a quiet service for late evening, based on the monastic service to end the day, as used in the Anglican Franciscan tradition. The Church is open from 8:30 to 9:00 pm for silent prayer. |
